TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using CopyPips software, desktop application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and must not complete any purchase. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

CopyPips reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

CopyPips is an automation software tool that reads trading signals from Telegram channels and executes corresponding trades on MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals via a local Expert Advisor (EA).

The Service includes: a desktop application installed on the user's own computer, an Expert Advisor (EA) file installed within the user's MetaTrader terminal, a customer portal for license management, and associated support services.

CopyPips does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or portfolio management services of any kind. The Service is a pure automation tool only.

Optionally, CopyPips offers VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting plans as a separate supplementary product to allow users to run their trading software continuously without leaving their personal computer on. VPS plans are a distinct hosting service and are not required to use the core CopyPips software.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Service.

The Service is not offered to residents of any country or jurisdiction where automated trading software, forex trading, or the receipt of related services would be contrary to local laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.

Users are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether their use of CopyPips is lawful in their jurisdiction before purchasing or using the Service. CopyPips makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to do so under all applicable laws in your country of residence.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CopyPips grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on the number of MetaTrader accounts specified in your purchased plan.

You may not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the software or your license key to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the software; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software; share, distribute, or publish your license key in any form; use the software to develop a competing product or service.

License keys are personal to you and valid for the number of activations specified in your plan. Sharing or reselling license keys is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

CopyPips reserves the right to audit license usage and revoke any license found to be in violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your license key and customer portal account credentials.

You agree to notify CopyPips immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your license key or account.

CopyPips is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised trades arising from your failure to keep your license key or account credentials secure.

All payments are processed through Whop, a third-party digital commerce platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Whop's applicable terms of service.

Subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date through your Whop account or customer portal.

Lifetime plans are a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring charges for Lifetime plan holders.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). CopyPips is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

CopyPips reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscription periods; they will apply at the next renewal.

CopyPips is a virtual digital product that cannot be returned and is therefore non-refundable. All sales are final. By becoming a client you certify that you are well aware of this aspect and you cease any right to file for a refund after purchase.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing system requirements, product functionality, and limitations prior to purchase. These are clearly presented on our website and during checkout.

Our system operates on a self-service subscription model. It is the client’s responsibility to manage, cancel, or upgrade their plan before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation terms:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal through your Whop account, which manages billing for every CopyPips plan. • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. • Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in auto-renewal.

Emailing or contacting support does NOT constitute cancellation unless you receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, and other leveraged financial instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

CopyPips is an automation tool only. It does not: provide trading signals, generate trade ideas, offer financial advice, manage your trading account, hold any of your funds, or make any investment decisions on your behalf. All trades executed through the Service are the direct result of signals you have chosen to follow from third-party Telegram channels of your own selection.

Past performance of any signal provider or trading strategy is not indicative of future results. CopyPips makes no representation regarding the profitability, accuracy, or reliability of any signals copied through the Service.

You assume full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions, outcomes, and any financial losses incurred through your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CopyPips does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CopyPips and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising from: your use of or inability to use the Service; any trading losses resulting from use of the Service; unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service; or any other matter relating to the Service.

You acknowledge that you have chosen to use CopyPips at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for its installation, configuration, and results.

CopyPips' collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

CopyPips never accesses, stores, or transmits your broker login credentials, trading account passwords, or MetaTrader account details. The EA operates entirely within your local MetaTrader terminal.

Your Telegram account credentials are used solely on your local device to read signals from channels you have subscribed to. CopyPips does not have server-side access to your Telegram account.

CopyPips reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to the Service immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to the software and customer portal. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued upon cancellation.

The CopyPips software, brand, logo, website, documentation, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of CopyPips and its operators. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your license is solely a right to use the software as described herein.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you submit to CopyPips may be used freely by CopyPips without obligation or compensation to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

CopyPips reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies in the event of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to injunctive relief and claims for damages.
